UK (Investor Visa)

The UK Tier 1 Visa, often known as the "Investor Visa," is a special visa option for the UK. It's designed for people who want to invest a significant amount of money (Pound sign 2 million) (19 crores) in the UK's economy. The elite Tier 1 Visa allows an investor and their family to come to the UK to work, study or  start a business.

With the Tier 1 Investor Visa an investor can initially stay in the UK for a certain period, usually a few years and this stay can be extended  if visa requirements continue to be met.

 

If the investor keeps the investment in the UK for a certain period and meets other requirements they will be eligible to apply for permanent residence. Family members, such as your spouse or partner and dependent children will be allowed to stay along with the investor and will have similar rights to live, work, and study.
