USA (EB-5 Visa)

The American Dream is now within easy reach.  The EB-5 investor visa, offers families the freedom to reside, work, study, and retire anywhere in the United States. 

This initiative, established by the US government, aims to invigorate job creation in rural regions of the country.

Under the EB-5 Direct Investment program, investors can establish their own US-based businesses and are required to generate a minimum of 10 jobs for Americans over a span of 2 years to qualify for a permanent green card.

Alternatively, the EB-5 Regional Center program involves the creation and management of the mandatory 10 jobs for the visa by a regional center acting on behalf of the investor.

By committing an investment of USD 800,000 (approx. 6.65 crores), along with attorney and regional center management fees, investors, their spouses, and children under 21 can secure a US green card in around 2 years. Upon obtaining the permanent green card, these individuals gain eligibility to apply for a coveted US passport.

*If an investor is already in the US when they receive their EB-5 visa, they have the option to apply for an Adjustment of Status (AOS) from their current visa to EB-5. Filing for AOS grants investors the privilege to remain in the US and receive an open work permit while awaiting the green card. Around 4-6 months after filing for AOS, investors typically obtain a work permit, enabling them to initiate their own ventures or work for any employer without necessitating employer visa sponsorship.
